For showings: Take a picture of a photo id and text to 318-317-2987 or email it to office.caraway@gmail.com (please include the property you want to view). We will then reply with a lock box code during office hours to gain access to the property (showings are only Monday - Friday). To apply go to carawaymanagement.com and find the unit under available listings. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

Qualifications: Minimum 3 times rent for monthly income. No evictions. No past due rent owed to other Landlords. In good standing with utility companies. Prefer at least 6 months working at the same job. No Section 8.
